Q: What payment methods are supported?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Shop Pay as well other methods that are updated to be available on the Checkout page of our website.

Q: Is my payment secured?

Your payment is secure and your information always remains private. All information is in encrypted form to ensure the overall security of all sensitive information.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped, and you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Q: Can I return the goods if they have quality problems?

We try our best to guarantee product quality. If you receive the items with quality problems, you will get a full refund. We will bear the cost of freight as long as the reason for returning the item is due to quality issues or a mistake on our part.

Q: Can I return an item without any quality problems?

We accept returns for any reason up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. However, you need to bear the return postage.

Q: How long can I get a refund?

It depends on the original payment method:

For Credit cards, it can take 3-15 business days for the refunds to be reflected in your account. (Depends on the bank)
